Personal profile：

Born in 1953, Yang received her juris Doctor degree from Ghent University in Belgium. She is now a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Public Administration of Tsinghua University, director of the Institute for Social Policy Research, and director of the Research Center for Employment and Social Security. She has published 14 monographs and translated works, and more than 100 papers in national journals such as Chinese Social Sciences and Management World. She is one of the well-known experts and authorities in the field of social security in China.
