【摘要】 < 正>《国务院关于机关事业单位工作人员养老保险制度改革的决定》,标志着延续了近20年的养老金"双轨制"终结,对于全面深化改革具有深远的意义。但是,受制于历史与现实的局限性,机关事业单位养老保险制度改革还存在问题与不足,亟需进一步完善相关制度。
