【Abstract】The pension problem of ethnic minorities has become an important factor related to ethnic unity and social harmonious development. The elderly population of ethnic minorities is characterized by large scale and large burden coefficient, and faces the conflict between the supposed and actual pension model and the mutual adjustment of ethnic, religious culture and pension system. The cultural concepts and religious beliefs of ethnic minorities affect the choice of the elderly in ethnic groups, and the religious culture of ethnic minorities has advantages in terms of system, culture and practice in the process of empowering the modern elderly care service system. Based on this, by cultivating a positive concept of old-age care, providing diversified modern old-age security and people-oriented system construction, we should improve the inter-embedding path of minority religious culture and modern old-age service system. Give full play to the role of ethnic minority religious culture in promoting the improvement of the modern old-age service system, develop a modern old-age service system that is compatible with the religious culture of ethnic minorities, and let the elderly of ethnic minorities truly "care for the elderly".
