On November 25, 2023, the first Three Gorges Disabled Persons' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Seminar was held in Yichang, Hubei.

This conference is hosted by the Employment Service Guidance Center of the China Disabled Persons' Federation, the Development Research Association for the Disabled, the Hubei Disabled Persons' Federation, and the Disabled Persons' Work Committee of Yichang Municipal People's Government. It is also organized by the Yichang Disabled Persons' Federation, Yichang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Hubei Disabled Persons' Development Research Association, Wuhan University Human Rights Research Institute, Wuhan University Social Security Research Center, and Wuhan University of Technology China Disabled Persons' Development Research Center.
