Pan Guochen, male, born in 1973 in Lijiang, Yunnan Province, Doctor of Economics, Associate professor, master supervisor, Deputy head of Department of Insurance and Actuarial Science, School of Economics and Management, Wuhan University.

He received his Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Master's degree in management from Wuhan University of Hydraulic Engineering and Electric Power in 1995 and 2000 respectively.

He graduated from Wuhan University with a PhD in economics in 2005.

From 2008 to 2009, he went to Temple University in the United States for a one-year academic visit, and then went to Taiwan's Fengjia University, Tamkang University and other overseas universities to give lectures and exchange.
