[Social Security Forum] Editor Wang Lei Was Invited to Teach "The Quality of Papers from the Perspective of Reprint"

On the morning of March 24, 2023, Ms. Wang Lei, editor of the "Social Security System", a copy of the newspaper materials of Renmin University of China, visited the "Luojia Social Security Graduate Student Forum" and gave a lecture on the selection ideas and standards for reprinting articles with the theme of "How to select a 'good' paper". The forum was chaired by Professor Xiang Yunhua, Director of the Social Security Research Center of Wuhan University, and the teachers and students of the center participated in the forum.
Teacher Wang Lei first explained the overall planning ideas of the journal's manuscript selection, then introduced how to set up various columns of the journal, emphasized the importance and requirements of article research methods, and finally explained the three representative tools of manuscript selection in detail, namely, disciplinary paradigm, humanities and social science paper quality evaluation index system and fund project information. These three tools together constitute an effective tool system, which plays an important role in the selection of journals.
After the sharing, the teachers and students held discussions and exchanges on the content of the lecture, and expressed their heartfelt thanks to teacher Wang Lei with warm applause.
