On February 24, 2023, focusing on the theme of "Comprehensively promoting the Great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese-style modernization", the 7th Annual Meeting of the China University Think Tank Forum was held in Fudan University. Weng Tiehui, member of the Party Leading Group and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Education, Zhou Huilin, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal People's Congress and Deputy Secretary of the Party Leading Group, Qiu Xin, Secretary of the Party Committee of Fudan University and Jin Li, President of Fudan University attended the plenary meeting and delivered speeches.

Weng Tiehui, a member of the Leading Party Group and Vice minister of the Ministry of Education, pointed out in his speech that the Party's 20th National Congress opened a new journey to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization, which put forward new and higher requirements for the construction of a new type of university think tank with Chinese characteristics, and also provided a historical opportunity to show new responsibilities and reflect new achievements.

The 7th Annual Meeting of the China University Think Tank Forum set up five round tables: "New economic momentum: High-quality development and China's New journey of modernization", "New Social Direction: Chinese Modernization and All-round development of people", "New development of Education: Realizing Education modernization and Building an educational power", "New Cultural strength: Telling the Chinese story of the" New Form of Human Civilization ", "New Global Pattern: Innovative Chinese wisdom in global governance."

The Social Security Research Center of Wuhan University, as a member of the "High-end University Think Tank Alliance" of the Ministry of Education, was invited to participate in the round table of "New Direction of Society: Chinese Modernization and All-round Development of People".
