On June 1, the 21st working conference of the Social Science Federation of provinces, regions and municipalities was held in Shenyang. The meeting commended 149 advanced social organizations and 149 outstanding social organization workers of the national Federation of Social Sciences of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), in order to further stimulate the initiative and creativity of social science workers. Recommended by the Hubei Federation of Social Science, Hubei Public Administration Research Association won the honorary title of "Advanced Social Organization of the National Federation of Social Science".

Hubei Public Administration Research Association was established in August 2005, with 340 individual members and 20 unit members. Under the guidance of the Provincial Federation of Social Science and the Department of Civil Affairs, the Association actively unites and organizes public management workers in the province to carry out in-depth research and practice, actively serves decision-making consultation, and effectively plays the role of "bridge", "think tank" and "think tank".
