Yang Hongyan, female, Doctor of Management, professor of the School of Politics and Public Administration of Wuhan University, doctoral supervisor, director of the Institute of Healthy Aging of the Social Security Research Center of Wuhan University, Key Research base of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education, Chinese Certified Public Accountant, visiting scholar of the University of Oxford, UK.

She presided over the National Social Science Foundation project "Empirical Research on the Equity of Fiscal Social Security Expenditure", the National Natural Science Foundation project "Research on the Difference in the Security Effect of the Resident Medical Insurance System", "Health Inequality related to air pollution". In addition, she also presided over a number of scientific research projects such as the major project of the Ministry of Education base "Research on the construction of Population Aging and pension service System", the Ministry of Education Planning Fund project "Effect Evaluation and Optimization Path of long-term care Insurance Pilot Policy based on counterfactual analysis", and the key research base of the Ministry of Education.She has published monographs on the Sustainable Development of the New Rural Cooperative Medical System, Fiscal Social Security Expenditure: Structure, Equity and Impact, and Research on the Construction of the Elderly Care Service System under the Trend of Population Aging (forthcoming). Besides, she edited a collection of essays on Contemporary China's Social Assistance System: Comparison and Reference (Deputy editor), a textbook on Medical Insurance and Maternity Insurance (deputy editor), and participated in the compilation of the national textbook Social Insurance. Now she has published more than 60 papers in authoritative and core journals such as China Soft Science and Journal of Public Administration, and some papers have been reprinted in full by Xinhua Digest and copy materials of the National People's Congress.

Social part-time job：She is an expert in the Review of CSSCI, CSCD and SSCI journals, such as Children and Youth Services Review, Affective disorder and 《人口与发展》、《中国农业大学学报》、《东北大学学报》、《大连理工大学学报》、《社会保障研究》、《中国卫生政策研究》, and a contributing writer for China Youth Daily, China Population Daily and Dazhong Daily. She is also a member of the Hubei Health Economics Association and the Hubei Public Administration Research Association.

Research direction：She is mainly engaged in the research of emergency and normal social security (medical security and elderly care services), public finance and other related fields.
