【Abstract】Improving rural residents' awareness of digital technology is an important part of digital village construction. Based on the perception dimension of digital technology of rural residents, it is important to empirically analyze the impact, mechanism and heterogeneity effect of digital literacy on their quality of life, which is crucial to optimize the strategy of digital village construction. Digital literacy can significantly improve the quality of life of rural residents, especially at the social level. Digital literacy indirectly improves the quality of life of rural residents by stimulating their digital behavior. Among people with low levels of education, men and party members, the effect of digital literacy on quality of life is more obvious. Based on this, it is recommended to promote the construction of digital infrastructure, establish a digital literacy cultivation system, and carry out a digital literacy assistance model to improve the Internet perception of rural residents.
